Your Stripe customer data now syncs directly into Simplesat, closing the loop on sending NPS and CSAT surveys without manual imports.

Setup
The integration takes a few minutes to set up: create a restricted API key in Stripe (under Developers → API keys) with read-only access to Customers and Events, then paste the token into Simplesat’s Stripe integration page. From there, activate the customer sync — no code or complex configuration required.
Delete multiple customers at once from the Customers page.
The problem
Deleting customers one at a time adds up fast, especially when you’re working with large datasets or synced contact lists.
The solution
Bulk delete changes everything. Select any number of records and remove them in a single, confident action.

⚡ Multi-select and bulk delete. Check the boxes next to the customers you want to remove, then delete them all at once.
✅ Cleaner data, less effort. Quickly clear out outdated contacts or remove duplicates. Especially useful after syncing from an external system.
How it works
- Navigate to the Customers page
- Select customers using the checkboxes on the left
- Click Delete in the bulk action bar that appears
- Confirm the deletion
Deleted customers are removed permanently. Their submitted feedback remains in your account and displays as Anonymous.

How it works
Open an n8n workflow, search for Simplesat, and add the node. Authenticate using your Simplesat API token, then choose from 13 supported actions to build your automation. The credential is reused across all Simplesat nodes in your workspace.
Filter reports by “Yesterday” with a single click.
Teams monitoring daily CSAT, CES, or NPS trends can now select Yesterday from any report date filter. It makes your morning check-in a little faster.
Look for the new preset in the date filter dropdown on any report.
