Gorgias Connect LA filled Playa Studios in Culver City on May 28. We sponsored the event, and Owen McKee, our Sales Director, joined the afternoon CX panel, "Better Together: The Signal You're Sitting On."

Owen's point was blunt. The automate-or-don't debate is over, everyone's already automated. What rarely gets measured is how the customer actually felt about the AI interaction.
