No. Dashboards, trend charts, and leaderboards are ready the moment feedback starts flowing. Every survey auto-generates a dashboard with a chart for every question. No SQL, no configuration.

Can I report by agent, with leaderboards and per-agent views?

Yes. Leaderboards rank agents and teams by score, and you can build custom dashboards filtered to a team or a single agent, with per-widget filters for side-by-side views. Saved pivot reports break performance down by team member, team, or quarter, and permissions can limit agents to their own feedback.

Can I segment by brand, region, team, or custom attribute?

What is MCP, and what can I do with it?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor query your Simplesat data in plain English. Ask things like "Which accounts are at risk based on recent feedback?" or "Summarize this week's negative comments by topic." The assistant pulls trends, comments, and segments directly from Simplesat and writes the answer. Permissions carry through so users only query the data they have access to in Simplesat.
