Our first booth at a Zendesk event, and what support leaders told us about the limits of native CSAT.

Owen McKee and Martina Holley were there for Simplesat, meeting Zendesk teams and partners and talking about how support teams collect and use satisfaction data. Owen also took a 15-minute slot on stage.
We also covered the limits of native CSAT. A rating flags that something went wrong, but not what caused it or where in the journey it happened. Simplesat collects CSAT, CES, NPS, 5-star, and custom survey responses, syncs them back into Zendesk, and puts the same view in front of support, CX, and leadership.
