GetFeedback Direct shuts down on December 31. We'll migrate you to Simplesat for free.
Simplesat assigns you a migration specialist who rebuilds your surveys, triggers and Salesforce mappings and imports your response history. Anything that can't carry over is flagged in your first review, before you commit.

Which GetFeedback do you use?
Two SurveyMonkey products share the name, and only one of them is closing.
GetFeedback Direct is closing
If you send surveys to customers by email or link, often from Salesforce, you're on GetFeedback Direct. It closes December 31, and this page is for you.
GetFeedback isn't closing
If you collect feedback through buttons or pop-ups on your website, you're on GetFeedback, formerly GetFeedback Digital. It isn't closing, and nothing changes for you.
If you use both, only your GetFeedback Direct surveys are affected.
What stops working on December 31
Surveys sent through GetFeedback Direct stop going out, including those triggered by Salesforce events like a case closing.
Ratings and comments stop reaching your Salesforce fields, so reports and dashboards built on them stop updating.
Follow-up that depends on a response, like creating a case after a low score, stops running.
SurveyMonkey hasn't said how long they will keep your response data after the shutdown, or whether they will keep it at all.
What the move costs
The migration is free in every country. While you switch:
Under contract with GetFeedback?
We cover Simplesat for the rest of your term, up to December 31, 2026. Customers with an active GetFeedback Direct contract can start migrating before their paid term ends.
Paying GetFeedback monthly?
Your first month of Simplesat is free.
Free migration is available to GetFeedback Direct customers in every country until GetFeedback Direct retires on December 31, 2026. Migration timelines depend on the size and complexity of your Salesforce setup. Salesforce is included from our Pro plan up, with no separate connector fee.
What your migration specialist rebuilds
A case-closed CSAT survey involves more than the questions: a Flow sends it, fields catch the rating, and a follow-up runs when a customer scores you low. Your specialist rebuilds that chain in Simplesat.
Surveys and history
Your CSAT, CES, NPS and 5-star surveys with their follow-up questions, and your response history, imported with original dates so your trend lines stay intact.
Salesforce sync
Response sync to a custom Salesforce object linked to contacts and cases, with ratings, sentiment and comments written back to contact and case fields.
Triggers, tested
Your triggers and follow-up actions, with any gaps flagged in your first review, tested against real Salesforce records before a side-by-side run.
How the migration works
Plan to run both tools side by side before December 31.
Review
You walk us through your current setup. We map every survey, trigger and field and tell you what carries over and what needs your Salesforce admin.
Rebuild
We set up Simplesat, configure your mappings and import your history, starting with your highest-priority surveys, which are usually post-case CSAT and relationship NPS. Your admin completes the steps inside Salesforce with our guidance.
Run both
Both tools run in parallel while we test against real Salesforce records and check that your reports and dashboards still receive the fields they need.
Switch
You turn GetFeedback Direct off once the new setup is verified.
SurveyMonkey Enterprise vs. Simplesat
SurveyMonkey recommends moving GetFeedback Direct customers to SurveyMonkey Enterprise at their next renewal. Its transition FAQ put the move at around 90 days, with transition services at no extra charge for a limited time.

We've done this before
When Qualtrics shut down Delighted on June 30, 2026, we ran a migration program for its customers. This program applies the same approach to Salesforce setups.
Support includes unlimited screen-share calls with our team.
What your admin does
Salesforce
edition:
Enterprise or higher (recommended)
Simplesat plan:
Pro and up, no connector fee
Permissions:
Admin access to your org
We handle the Simplesat setup, mappings, history import and testing. These steps need admin access to your org:
- Installing Simplesat's Flow package and creating the custom object that responses sync to
- Building or updating the Flows that trigger surveys
- Updating CORS settings, which let Salesforce accept requests from Simplesat's domain
Security and compliance
Switching vendors means a new security review. If yours needs more time, we'll extend your free trial.
Book a migration review
We go through your surveys, triggers, mappings and history and show you what the move to Simplesat involves, before you commit to anything. If you choose Simplesat, the migration is free.

Frequently asked questions
How do I switch from Delighted or another survey tool?
Import your historical feedback, scores and comments included, with a simple CSV import, so your trend lines stay intact. Most teams handle it themselves in minutes, and our team is happy to assist with more complex migrations. You can run Simplesat in parallel with your current tool until you're ready to switch.
Is pricing based on responses or surveys sent?
Responses. You can create unlimited surveys on every plan, and you're only billed when a customer submits feedback. With one-click email surveys, the first click counts as a response. Previews and internal tests don't count. Each plan also includes a generous monthly email sending allowance, and you can track both anytime on your usage page.
Does Simplesat support SSO and two-factor authentication?
Yes. Every plan, including Starter, supports two-factor authentication and SSO with Google and Microsoft, so your team signs in through accounts you already control. Scale adds enterprise SSO (Okta, Entra, and other SAML providers), and Enterprise adds directory sync and SIEM activity log streaming.
What happens if I exceed my response limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. Feedback beyond your limit is held and released when your allowance resets each month, even on an annual plan. If you're regularly hitting your cap, reach out and we'll help you find the tier that's right for you.
Do integrations or API access cost extra?
No. Integrations, API access, and webhooks are included on every plan. The one exception is Salesforce, which starts on Pro because it typically involves custom objects and deeper setup. Enterprise adds custom-built integrations from our team.
How does the free trial work?
Every trial includes 14 days of Premium-level features, no credit card required. Daily email sending limits apply during trials to prevent abuse. Need more time, for example to finish a security review or test a real workflow? Contact us and we'll extend your trial.
What's the difference between account users and team members?
Account users are the admins and managers who log in to build surveys, dashboards, and reports; plans include 5 to 20, and Enterprise scales further. Team members are the agents and technicians receiving feedback, and they're unlimited on every plan. They see feedback inside your helpdesk without a Simplesat login, and stakeholders can receive scheduled reports without an account.
Do I need an annual contract?
Starter, Pro, Premium, and Scale can be paid monthly, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Annual billing saves you about two months per year. Enterprise plans are billed annually with custom terms. Nonprofits get 10% off, and eligible startups get 6 months free.
