GetFeedback Direct shuts down on December 31. We'll migrate you to Simplesat for free.
Simplesat assigns you a migration specialist who rebuilds your surveys, triggers and Salesforce mappings and imports your response history. Anything that can't carry over is flagged in your first review, before you commit.

Which GetFeedback do you use?
If you use both, only your GetFeedback Direct surveys are affected.
GetFeedback Direct is closing
If you send surveys to customers by email or link, often from Salesforce, you're on GetFeedback Direct. It closes December 31, and this page is for you.
GetFeedback Digital is staying
If you collect feedback through buttons or pop-ups on your website, you're on GetFeedback Digital, now called GetFeedback. Nothing changes for you.
What stops working on December 31
Surveys stop going out
Surveys sent through GetFeedback Direct stop going out, including those triggered by Salesforce events like a case closing.
Salesforce fields stop updating
Ratings and comments stop reaching your Salesforce fields, so reports and dashboards built on them stop updating.
Follow-up stops running
A low score no longer opens a case, and every other action that relies on a response stops too.
Response history is at risk
SurveyMonkey hasn't said whether it will keep your response data after the shutdown, or for how long.
What the move costs
Free migration is available to GetFeedback Direct customers in every country until GetFeedback Direct retires on December 31, 2026. Migration timelines depend on the size and complexity of your Salesforce setup. Salesforce is included from our Pro plan up, with no separate connector fee.
On a GetFeedback contract?
We cover Simplesat for the rest of your term, up to December 31, 2026. You can start migrating before it ends.
Paying GetFeedback monthly?
Your first month of Simplesat is free, so you can run both tools side by side.
What your migration specialist rebuilds
A case-closed CSAT survey involves more than the questions: a Flow sends it, fields catch the rating, and a follow-up runs when a customer scores you low. Your specialist rebuilds that chain in Simplesat.
Surveys and history
Your CSAT, CES, NPS and 5-star surveys with their follow-up questions, and your response history, imported with original dates so your trend lines stay intact.
Salesforce sync
Response sync to a custom Salesforce object linked to contacts and cases, with ratings, sentiment and comments written back to contact and case fields.
Triggers, tested
Your triggers and follow-up actions, with any gaps flagged in your first review, tested against real Salesforce records before a side-by-side run.
How the migration works
Plan to run both tools side by side before December 31.
Review
You walk us through your setup, and we map every survey, trigger and field to show you what carries over.
Rebuild
We rebuild your setup and import your history, highest-priority surveys first. Your admin completes the Salesforce steps with our help.
Run both
Both tools run in parallel while we test against real Salesforce records and confirm that your reports and dashboards are still updating.
Switch
You turn GetFeedback Direct off once the new setup is verified, and Simplesat takes over your surveys from there.
SurveyMonkey Enterprise vs. Simplesat
SurveyMonkey recommends moving to SurveyMonkey Enterprise at your next renewal. Here's how it compares with Simplesat.

We've done this before
When Qualtrics shut down Delighted on June 30, 2026, we ran a migration program for its customers. This program applies the same approach to Salesforce setups.
What your admin does
Salesforce
edition:
Enterprise or higher (recommended)
Simplesat plan:
Pro and up, no connector fee
Permissions:
Admin access to your org
We handle the Simplesat setup, mappings, history import and testing. These steps need admin access to your org:
- Installing Simplesat's Flow package and creating the custom object that responses sync to
- Building or updating the Flows that trigger surveys
- Updating CORS settings, which let Salesforce accept requests from Simplesat's domain
Security and compliance
Switching vendors means a new security review. If yours needs more time, we'll extend your free trial.
Book a migration review
We go through your surveys, triggers, mappings and history and show you what the move to Simplesat involves, before you commit to anything. If you choose Simplesat, the migration is free.
Frequently asked questions
Can we bring our GetFeedback Direct response history?
Yes. We import historical ratings, comments, dates and other supported data from CSV, and handle more complex data through our API. Original submission dates are kept, so a dip from two years ago still shows up two years ago.
What if part of our setup can't be rebuilt?
We'll flag it in your first review, before you commit to anything. If it needs a change inside your org or custom code, we work through it with your Salesforce admin.
Should we uninstall the GetFeedback Salesforce package?
Not until you've exported what you need. If you use managed mapping, your responses are stored in objects that belong to the GetFeedback package, and uninstalling it removes that data. If you use custom mapping, responses sit in your own objects, but the mappings that fed them still need replacing.
