If your team runs remote support through LogMeIn Rescue, you can now collect CSAT and NPS feedback with session details attached to every response.

Customer name, agent, ticket data, and any custom fields you’ve set up in Rescue flow into Simplesat automatically, so there’s no manual data entry. Every rating lands with the context you need to filter and report on it.

There are two ways to connect:

  • API sync pulls session details into Simplesat after a rating comes in
  • Survey URL embed triggers a Simplesat survey the moment a Rescue session ends
