Flexible question ordering

Survey questions can now go in any order, so a question like "Was your issue resolved?" can sit before the CSAT rating. The metric stays accurate no matter where it appears in the survey.

Resolution-first surveys, where a screener question comes ahead of the rating, are standard across modern CX and AI-agent flows. They now work cleanly in Simplesat, with no workarounds.

The metric question is identified by what it is, not by its position. Score calculation, reporting, widgets, and integrations all follow it, so your numbers hold up in any order.

• Reorder any question type to any position, including ahead of the metric question
• CSAT computes from the metric answer only
• Screener answers appear in feedback views, distribution charts, and exports
• Responses without a rating are labeled "No rating" in feedback, reports, and exports
• Screener surveys can be sent by email
