Flip choice order
Your rating icons now appear in the same order everywhere your survey shows up: the builder, preview, shared link, and email invitations, identical on desktop and mobile. Positive-first is the default, so most surveys are consistent with no setup.
Before, the order you set could shift depending on where a respondent answered. Email invitations and mobile views could show icons in a different order than what you arranged. Now a single setting controls the order across every surface, and the choice you make is honored everywhere.
- Positive to negative by default, applied consistently across every surface and device
- Flip to negative-first in one place, and that choice carries everywhere
- Follow-up rows in the builder reorder to match the icons above them
- Works with emoji and image choices, including CSAT and CES
- A single source of truth replaces the old per-page order controls
This also fixes a mobile accessibility issue where screen readers read icons in a different order than they appeared.
