Frequently asked questions
How do I switch from Delighted or another survey tool?
Import your historical feedback, scores and comments included, with a simple CSV import, so your trend lines stay intact. Most teams handle it themselves in minutes, and our team is happy to assist with more complex migrations. You can run Simplesat in parallel with your current tool until you're ready to switch.
Is pricing based on responses or surveys sent?
Responses. You can create unlimited surveys on every plan, and you're only billed when a customer submits feedback. With one-click email surveys, the first click counts as a response. Previews and internal tests don't count. Each plan also includes a generous monthly email sending allowance, and you can track both anytime on your usage page.
Does Simplesat support SSO and two-factor authentication?
Yes. Every plan, including Standard, supports two-factor authentication and SSO with Google and Microsoft, so your team signs in through accounts you already control. Enterprise adds enterprise SSO (Okta, Entra, and other SAML providers), directory sync, and SIEM activity log streaming.
What happens if I exceed my response limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. Feedback beyond your limit is held and released at the start of your next billing cycle. If you're regularly hitting your cap, reach out and we'll help you find the tier that's right for you.
Do integrations or API access cost extra?
No. Integrations, API access, and webhooks are included on every plan. The one exception is Salesforce, which starts on Pro because it typically involves custom objects and deeper setup. Enterprise adds custom-built integrations from our team.
How does the free trial work?
Every trial includes 14 days of Elite-level features, no credit card required. Daily email sending limits apply during trials to prevent abuse. Need more time, for example to finish a security review or test a real workflow? Contact us and we'll extend your trial.
What's the difference between account users and team members?
Account users are the admins and managers who log in to build surveys, dashboards, and reports; plans include 5 to 30, and Enterprise scales further. Team members are the agents and technicians receiving feedback, and they're unlimited on every plan. They see feedback inside your helpdesk without a Simplesat login, and stakeholders can receive scheduled reports without an account.
Do I need an annual contract?
Our Standard, Pro, and Elite plans can be paid monthly, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Annual billing saves you about a month per year. Enterprise plans are billed annually with custom terms. Nonprofits get 10% off, and eligible startups get 6 months free.
