Simplesat vs. AskNicely

Why teams switch
Built around the ticket queue
Surveys trigger when a conversation closes in your helpdesk, and the rating returns on that conversation.
Published pricing, no quote
Compare plans on the site, start a trial, and upgrade yourself. There is no sales call to book first.
Running the same day
Sign up, connect your helpdesk, and send your first surveys the same afternoon. Nothing to implement.

Frequently asked questions
What does Simplesat write back to the ticket?
The rating, sentiment, and comment, applied as tags and fields on the originating ticket. The exact format varies by helpdesk, but the result is the same: feedback you can filter, view, and trigger on.
Can Simplesat run relationship and transactional NPS?
Both. Run scheduled relationship NPS, and event-triggered transactional NPS from the same place.
Can Simplesat replace an AskNicely NPS program?
If the NPS you care about comes from service interactions, yes. Simplesat measures CSAT, NPS, CES, and 5-star, including relationship and transactional NPS, sends from your helpdesk, and posts each response back on the ticket with the agent named, so the score and the work stay attached. What Simplesat does not try to replace is the rest of the AskNicely operating layer: a dedicated app for staff who never open a helpdesk, screens in a break room, and coaching built around locations. If your team works in a ticket queue, that layer was never the part you were using, only the part you were paying for. If your team works in vans, clinics, or storefronts, AskNicely is the better fit and this page is not for you.
Do my agents need a Simplesat login?
No. Customer ratings land right on the ticket in your helpdesk, so agents see their feedback without logging into Simplesat at all. Only the people who build surveys, dashboards, and reports - your admins and managers - need a seat.
Can I report by agent, with leaderboards and per-agent views?
Yes. Leaderboards rank agents and teams by score, and you can build custom dashboards filtered to a team or a single agent, with per-widget filters for side-by-side views. Saved pivot reports break performance down by team member, team, or quarter, and permissions can limit agents to their own feedback.
What happens when my reporting needs to be deeper than what Simplesat offers?
Simplesat is designed to answer ~80% of the questions you'd ask in a standup or weekly review - out of the box. For deeper analysis, you have three paths: export to Sheets for one-off cuts, connect your BI tool for dashboards in your stack, or query via MCP from any AI assistant. We don't compete with your BI tool. We feed it.
Can I send surveys by SMS or embed them in email signatures?
Signatures, yes: embed live surveys in Outlook, Gmail, Exclaimer, CodeTwo, and similar tools with agent attribution intact. For SMS, surveys travel as links through your existing SMS or phone system - like Aircall or Gladly - rather than Simplesat texting customers directly.
