Both put a one-click rating in the email your client gets when a ticket closes. In Simplesat, the next question changes with the rating, so an unhappy client is asked what went wrong while the ticket is still fresh.
Crewhu
is best for...
MSPs whose program is about their own people, where client ratings are one of several things feeding recognition and rewards.
Simplesat is best for...
MSPs whose program is about their clients: learning how each ticket went and why, and alerting whoever can fix a bad one.
Simplesat vs. Crewhu

Why teams switch
Ask the question each rating calls for
Set a follow-up question for each rating, or one for good ratings and one for bad, so happy clients can say what worked and unhappy ones what didn't.
Every technician you hire can be rated
There's no cap on any plan. In Crewhu, each rated technician needs an active account, and the number of active employees sets the price.
Launch the day you sign up
Create a survey, connect your PSA, and add its code to your closed-ticket email. No implementation fee, where every Crewhu tier has one.

What is
Crewhu
Crewhu calls itself "a customer feedback, gamification, and recognition platform built for MSPs." It surveys clients from your PSA's ticket emails and in NPS email campaigns, then turns those ratings, along with metrics from the PSA and other tools, into badges, contests, and prizes for the team. It publishes its prices and offers a free trial.
Its ticket survey feeds those rewards. After the one-click rating, clients can pick tags for what went well and leave a comment, which suits recognition. It's less help when a client is unhappy and you need to know what went wrong. Simplesat is built for that moment.
Frequently asked questions
Can Simplesat replace Crewhu if the client rating is the part we use?
Yes. Clients still rate the ticket in one click, and with your PSA connected and the survey code configured, each response arrives with the client, ticket, and technician attached. On ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, and HaloPSA, it goes onto the ticket, and a low rating can open a follow-up ticket. What you'd leave behind is everything Crewhu runs for your team, from contests and the prize store to employee surveys.
Does Simplesat work with our PSA?
Yes, if it's ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, HaloPSA, Kaseya BMS, Syncro, NinjaOne, Atera, RepairShopr, or Kaseya Vorex. Simplesat also works with Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Freshservice, and has more than 100 integrations in all.
Can we keep Crewhu running while we switch?
Yes. Simplesat can run beside Crewhu while you set it up, and most teams are collecting feedback within a few days. You can try it free for 14 days with no credit card.
Can we bring our past ratings with us?
Yes. Download your CSAT survey history from Crewhu, then import it into Simplesat as a CSV and map the columns by hand, since there's no Crewhu preset. A date column keeps each response on the date it was given. Importing is free, and our team can help.
How does pricing compare with Crewhu?
Simplesat's published plans are priced by monthly responses and billed monthly or annually, and the technicians being rated don't count toward the price. Crewhu's price is set by your highest number of active employees. On annual plans, it checks that number against your band each month and, if it's above, charges the difference for the rest of the term. Simplesat has no implementation fee on any plan, and onboarding and setup are included from Premium up.
Can we survey clients about more than tickets?
Yes. Send NPS by email on a recurring schedule to hear how clients feel about you overall, or use a shareable survey link, a link by SMS, or a survey embedded on your website.
