Frequently asked questions
Can agents see their own feedback?
Yes. You can give managers and agents access scoped to just their own feedback, so reviews start from data both sides have already seen.
What does Simplesat write back to the ticket?
The rating, sentiment, and comment, applied as tags and fields on the originating ticket. The exact format varies by helpdesk, but the result is the same: feedback you can filter, view, and trigger on.
How far back can I import feedback?
There's no documented limit; bring as much history as your export contains.
Will imported feedback change my current scores?
It shows up in dashboards and reports like any feedback, and date filters keep your periods clean.
What happened to Delighted?
Qualtrics retired Delighted. Annual subscriptions stopped renewing in mid-2025, the remaining monthly subscriptions were not renewed from May 31, 2026, and customer access ended on June 30, 2026. Customer data was deleted after that date, and delighted.com now redirects to Qualtrics, which points former customers to its own experience management platform. If you exported a CSV before access ended, or got your data from Delighted on request afterward, you can still import that history into a new tool.
How do I switch from Delighted or another survey tool?
Import your historical feedback, scores and comments included, with a simple CSV import, so your trend lines stay intact. Most teams handle it themselves in minutes, and our team is happy to assist with more complex migrations. You can run Simplesat in parallel with your current tool until you're ready to switch.
How long does setup actually take?
You can launch the same day you sign up: create a survey, connect your helpdesk, and embed it in your templates, all self-serve. Most teams start collecting feedback within a few days. Larger rollouts with custom triggers, multiple brands, or security reviews can take a few weeks, and our team works with you at every step.
