Why Simplesat over
GetFeedback

Why teams switch

Feedback with its context

Every response arrives with the customer, the conversation it came from, and the team member who handled it.

Support, website, and app

Run feedback from your helpdesk, and add your website, your app, and your team's own emails when you need them.

Follow up on low scores

A rating under your threshold triggers a follow-up the same day, routed to whoever can put it right.

Where

GetFeedback

wins

On the website, GetFeedback is the sharper instrument. A form can wait for scroll depth, time on page, exit intent, or a returning visitor, then ask why they hesitated. Simplesat's web targeting is not that granular. A marketer can have it live from a snippet, no engineering time booked.
A visually appealing, professional way to collect satisfaction scores that clients actually respond to because it's so simple.
Samuel S.
Real-time feedback collection and live performance dashboards. Very easy to implement, and customization is easy.
Sourabh C.
Senior Software Developer, Techvalens
Quick, honest feedback from our users. We control who gets surveys, when, and what triggers them.
Jay K.
A super simple platform with great UX. The developers built custom automations that help us segment our results.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import from a tool that isn't pre-mapped?

Yes. Any export that fits the standard CSV template (ratings, comments, emails, dates) can be imported; pre-mapping just saves the reformatting step.

Can in-app surveys run on a recurring schedule?

Yes. Web-embed surveys use the same delivery windows as recurring email programs, with one-time, persistent, or ongoing display frequency.

How does the Salesforce integration actually work?

Connect Salesforce and feedback flows both ways: contacts sync daily from any Salesforce report, responses write back to case and contact fields, and feedback can create follow-up tasks automatically. You can store responses as custom Salesforce objects and report on feedback right alongside your revenue data.

Is GetFeedback shutting down?

No. GetFeedback Direct, the Salesforce-native package, retires on December 31, 2026. GetFeedback itself is still sold, and SurveyMonkey relaunched it in July 2026 as a website feedback product. If you are on Direct, what retires is the part that made it Direct: survey responses landing directly on Salesforce records. That is the piece to replace before the deadline.

Does AI automatically categorize comments into topics and sentiment?

Yes. Simplesat reads every comment and groups feedback into topics with sentiment, no training or setup required. Topic detection is automatic on Pro and above (manual tagging on Standard), and Elite adds custom topics. Click any topic to see the responses behind it.

Will Simplesat work with my helpdesk or CRM?

Yes. We have native apps for Zendesk, Gladly, and Gorgias. We also integrate with Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Jira Service Management, plus 100+ other integrations. If you're on a custom stack, you can connect via webhooks, API, and Zapier.
