In QuestionPro CX, support conversations are brought into a company-wide program, and the survey is sent from there. Simplesat works the other way: the rating goes in your own replies, and the answers come back to your team.
QuestionPro
is best for...
Companies running one voice-of-customer program across the whole business, with support as one touchpoint among many.
Simplesat is best for...
Support teams that want to know how each conversation went and who handled it, and follow up in their own helpdesk.
Simplesat vs. QuestionPro

Why teams switch
Start from the emails you already send
Add the survey to your helpdesk's email templates, and your replies carry the rating. Your own team sets it up and can launch the day it signs up.
Feedback goes where your team works
Each answer can go back on the ticket it's about. A low score can alert the right person or open a follow-up ticket in Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk.
See each agent's results, and why
Dashboards show each team member's results and the comments behind them. Agents see their own inside the helpdesk, with no Simplesat login.

What is
QuestionPro
QuestionPro makes survey software, plus separate products for market research, employee experience, and customer experience, or CX. CX is for standing up "a full VoC program" that captures "feedback across surveys, tickets, reviews and digital behavior." It's a strong fit for a company measuring many touchpoints at once.
Support is one of them. Its conversations are brought into CX before anyone is surveyed, and follow-up runs in QuestionPro's own ticket queue, outside the helpdesk where the team works.
Frequently asked questions
Can't we just use the QuestionPro account we already have?
You can. A QuestionPro survey link can go in any email, carrying custom variables such as a ticket or agent ID, and results can be grouped by them. Simplesat is built around the helpdesk instead: the rating sits inside your support reply, and the answer can go back onto its ticket.
Does QuestionPro connect to our helpdesk?
It depends on which one: QuestionPro's integrations directory lists Salesforce, where a response can update the case being rated, plus an Intercom card for in-app surveys, Zapier, an API, and webhooks. Connectors for Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Gladly, and Kustomer aren't in that directory or its help center. Simplesat works with every one of those helpdesks, and all of them come with every plan except Salesforce, which starts on Pro. In Freshdesk, for example, Simplesat adds a private note to the rated ticket, puts the rating and sentiment in ticket tags, and can fill custom ticket fields.
Can we keep QuestionPro for research and other surveys?
Yes. Keep it for market research, employee feedback, journey maps, and anything else that spans the company, and run support's surveys in Simplesat. If support owns NPS too, Simplesat can send it by email on a recurring schedule, and it runs surveys on your website.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are collecting feedback within a few days. Setup comes down to three steps: create a survey, connect your helpdesk, and add the survey to your email templates. Bigger rollouts, with custom triggers or several brands, can take a few weeks.
Can we bring our past responses from QuestionPro?
Yes. Download your raw data from QuestionPro as a CSV file, then import it into Simplesat and map the columns by hand, since there's no QuestionPro preset. A date column keeps each response's original date. Migration help comes with every plan.
How does pricing compare?
Simplesat's prices are published and based on monthly responses, except Enterprise, which is quoted. There's no free plan, but you can try Simplesat free for 14 days with no credit card. QuestionPro publishes prices for its survey tool, starting with a free plan. CX has no published price: QuestionPro says it's "quoted per organization based on program scope, response volume, and the number of touchpoints you measure."
