Simplesat vs. SurveyMonkey

Why teams switch
Surveys send themselves
A survey goes out when a conversation closes in Zendesk, Gladly, or Gorgias. There are no contact lists to build or upload.
Feedback tied to the agent
Every response arrives with the conversation and the team member who handled it, so you can report and coach by agent.
Feedback where the team works
Ratings post back onto the conversation, and good ones go to your Slack or Teams channel the same day.

Frequently asked questions
What does Simplesat write back to the ticket?
The rating, sentiment, and comment, applied as tags and fields on the originating ticket. The exact format varies by helpdesk, but the result is the same: feedback you can filter, view, and trigger on.
Can Simplesat send a survey automatically after a ticket closes in Zendesk, Gorgias, or HubSpot?
Yes. The survey fires on the helpdesk's own resolution event; no agent action needed.
GetFeedback Direct is being retired. What should a support team move to?
SurveyMonkey's own GetFeedback page states that GetFeedback Direct is being sunset on December 31, 2026. If GetFeedback was how you measured service quality, Simplesat covers that job directly: CSAT, NPS, and 5-star surveys triggered from your helpdesk, each rating posted back onto the ticket as a tagged internal note and attributed to the agent who handled it. Setup runs in days rather than a migration project, and past feedback can be imported so your trend line survives the move.
Can I report by agent, with leaderboards and per-agent views?
Yes. Leaderboards rank agents and teams by score, and you can build custom dashboards filtered to a team or a single agent, with per-widget filters for side-by-side views. Saved pivot reports break performance down by team member, team, or quarter, and permissions can limit agents to their own feedback.
How do I switch from Delighted or another survey tool?
Import your historical feedback, scores and comments included, with a simple CSV import, so your trend lines stay intact. Most teams handle it themselves in minutes, and our team is happy to assist with more complex migrations. You can run Simplesat in parallel with your current tool until you're ready to switch.
Is pricing based on responses or surveys sent?
Responses. You can create unlimited surveys on every plan, and you're only billed when a customer submits feedback. With one-click email surveys, the first click counts as a response. Previews and internal tests don't count. Each plan also includes a generous monthly email sending allowance, and you can track both anytime on your usage page.
What's the difference between account users and team members?
Account users are the admins and managers who log in to build surveys, dashboards, and reports; plans include 5 to 30, and Enterprise scales further. Team members are the agents and technicians receiving feedback, and they're unlimited on every plan. They see feedback inside your helpdesk without a Simplesat login, and stakeholders can receive scheduled reports without an account.
