Simplesat vs. Delighted

Why teams switch
Feedback where agents work
A rating can go back on its original ticket, comment and all. Agents see their own feedback in the helpdesk, without a Simplesat login.
Know how each agent is doing
Dashboards, reports, and leaderboards break results down by agent, ready for the next one-on-one. Good ratings can post to a Slack or Teams channel.
History that keeps its dates
Import the CSV you exported from Delighted, and each response keeps its original date. Your trend line carries on instead of starting over.

What is
Delighted
Delighted was a customer feedback tool owned by Qualtrics. It was best known for one-question NPS, CSAT, and CES surveys, and for setup that took almost no time.
Delighted closed in 2026, so the program you ran on it needs a new home. Simplesat picks up from there: a short survey your own team sets up, with each rating tied to the ticket and agent behind it. Bring your Delighted export, and your history keeps its original dates.
Frequently asked questions
What happened to Delighted?
Delighted closed in stages. Annual contracts stopped renewing on July 1, 2025, remaining monthly subscriptions weren't renewed after May 31, 2026, and customer access ended on June 30, 2026. Delighted said it would delete customer data after that date. Visiting delighted.com now takes you to a Qualtrics page for former customers.
Should we move to Qualtrics instead?
Qualtrics points former Delighted customers to its XM for Customer Experience Suite, an enterprise experience-management platform. If that's what your company wants, it's worth a look. If you chose Delighted because it was simple and your team could run it, Simplesat is the closer fit.
Can we bring our Delighted data into Simplesat?
Yes, from the file your team exported before access ended. Simplesat can't pull anything from Delighted itself. Import the CSV and map it to a survey: scores and comments come with it, and a date column keeps each response's original date. Our team can help with the import.
Will this be more work than Delighted was?
A little. Your team still does it all itself: create a survey, connect your helpdesk, and add the survey to your email templates. Teams can launch the day they sign up, and most are collecting feedback within a few days. Simplesat has more than 100 integrations, including Zendesk, Gladly, Gorgias, Kustomer, Intercom, Salesforce, Help Scout, and Front.
Can we run NPS outside of support?
Yes. Send NPS by email on a recurring schedule, or use a shareable link, an SMS link, or a survey embedded on your website. Simplesat calculates the score as responses arrive.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is published and based on monthly responses, billed monthly or annually. The team members being rated are unlimited on every plan, and the admins and managers who log in have an allowance that depends on the plan. Try it free for 14 days, no credit card required.
