Integrating Simplesat with
Briskine Templates

Why Briskine teams choose Simplesat
Briskine keeps replies fast. Simplesat turns each templated reply into a survey channel.
One-click surveys in every reply
Embed a branded CSAT, NPS, or 5-star survey in your template. One click to rate.
Responses tied to the sender
Every rating is attributed to the agent who sent it, so feedback is organized by person.
Real reporting, not just scores
Dashboards show CSAT trends, agent performance, and verbatim comments.
What the integration does
Save a Simplesat survey as a Briskine template and your whole team collects feedback on every email — without changing how they work.
Save a survey as a template, canned response, or quick reply, and agents insert it into any message with one click. Full control over who gets asked, with responses attributed to the agent who sent it.

Briskine is a browser extension for Gmail, Outlook.com, LinkedIn, and other web messaging surfaces that lets teams save, share, and insert reply templates with keyboard shortcuts. It's used by sales reps and support agents who want faster, more consistent replies without a dedicated helpdesk.
The Simplesat integration saves a survey snippet as a Briskine template - inserting it sends a one-click CSAT, NPS, or 5-star survey with the reply. Responses sync to Simplesat, attributed to the sender.

Frequently asked questions
Do my agents need a Simplesat login?
No. Customer ratings land right on the ticket in your helpdesk, so agents see their feedback without logging into Simplesat at all. Only the people who build surveys, dashboards, and reports - your admins and managers - need a seat.
Can I delay surveys until an issue is really resolved, and prevent over-surveying?
Yes. Set a delay so surveys send only after the conversation is truly resolved, matched to your reopen window. Suppression rules stop anyone from being surveyed too often, and you can exclude topics, inboxes, or tags entirely.
Can you build a custom integration for our stack?
Yes, custom builds are available for Enterprise users. If our native integrations don't cover what you need, our team can build a new one for you, with no engineering work on your side. Share your use case and we'll map out the best path for you.
Can customers answer with one click in the email?
Yes. The first click in the email records the rating instantly, even if the customer never opens the follow-up page. Anything they add after that, comments or extra answers, enriches the same response.
Can I send surveys by SMS or embed them in email signatures?
Signatures, yes: embed live surveys in Outlook, Gmail, Exclaimer, CodeTwo, and similar tools with agent attribution intact. For SMS, surveys travel as links through your existing SMS or phone system - like Aircall or Gladly - rather than Simplesat texting customers directly.
How do you keep bots and email scanners from polluting results?
Google reCAPTCHA runs on every survey automatically, and responses that look like scanner or bot activity are flagged as spam before they touch your scores. You can also expire old survey links and correct mistaken ratings, keeping your data clean and trustworthy.
Can customers leave reviews on Google or Trustpilot?
Yes. Thank-you pages can invite customers to share their experience on Google, Trustpilot, or another review site you choose. You control which surveys include the invitation and how it's presented.
Do I need a developer to set up integrations?
No. Standard integrations are a Marketplace install and a few configuration steps. No code required. Our API is available for custom builds, but most teams never need it.
